As a technical program manager at Valorem Reply, you are a strategic consultant, for our clients, leading long-term programs with multiple work lanes to deliver on business outcomes. You have demonstrated the ability to see the “Big Picture”, drive to outcomes, and build trust along the way. Your job is to turn your customer’s vision into results.

Responsibilities

  • Consultant for the client: Integrate with the client and client stakeholders to understand the business, business goals, and business environment and make recommendations for how Valorem can support them
  • Manage communication: Create alignment between the client and team, keeping both apprised of where we are going and where we have been
  • Manage timelines: Work with the client and team to understand, track, document, and communicate project timelines, as well as negotiating changing priorities with the client
  • Manage budget and staffing: Ensure the project is staffed for success and that the team can deliver client expectations within their financial constraints
  • Monitor and control: Define and monitor team SDLC, delivery processes, and metrics and make course corrections as necessary
  • Manage risk: Identify, track, communicate, and remediate project risks and issues, gathering support where needed and implementing measures to prevent future risk
  • Solve Problems: Clear the path to keep the client and team happy
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, MIS, Computer Science or a related field 
  • 5 years technical project management experience 
  • 2 years program management experience
  • 3 years in the professional services industry
  • 3 years engineering experience using modern technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Preferred Qualification

  • 5 years of consulting experience
  • Engineering or Computer Science degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 
  • PMP Certification
  • Leading SAFe
  • AZ900 certification
