Las Vegas, NV, July 18, 2019 -- Over 30,000 Microsoft partners and their counterparts gathered in Vegas this week for the annual Microsoft Inspire conference to kick off the fiscal year and learn about new focus areas and solutions. CEO, Satya Nadella took to the stage Wednesday to close out Inspire and kick off Ready. His corenote presentation included exciting insight into the future of work with a demo of Valorem’s holographic telepresence technology, HoloBeam.

 

For the live demonstration, Microsoft Product and Program Managers Raanah Amjadi, Sonia Dara and Daniel Escapa used HoloBeam to remotely collaborate in real-time with a 3D hologram of Valorem Managing Director, Andre Player. Using advanced hand gestures and voice commands the demo participants collectively assessed and dissected a 3D hologram of the Rigado Cascade IoT gateway.
